Common Issues & Solutions:

Creases: The Tense Tyvek Pendant Lamp is made from DuPont paper, which is sturdy yet flexible. For shipping purposes, the paper may be folded, and as a result, some lampshades may arrive with slight creases. These creases are temporary and will naturally fade over time once the lamp is installed and in use, as the material smooths out with exposure to light.

No Light After Installation: If your lamp does not light up after installation, please double-check the electrical connections. Ensure that the positive (+) terminal is connected to the positive wire, and the negative (-) terminal is connected to the negative wire. Reversing the terminals can prevent the lamp from lighting up.
